C.E.O : AWA IBRAHEEM: B.Sc., MBA, PhD, ACIS, FCMA, FCTI, FCA. An intellectual par excellence with a first class degree in Accounting from the University of Lagos and a PhD in Management Science among other qualifications. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, a Chartered Stockbroker and a Tax Practitioner. He has varied experiences in accounting, auditing, tax consulting and financial management spanning over thirty years.
He has attended several executive courses in reputable institutions both locally and internationally including the prestigious Harvard University.
AWA Ibraheem is a highly fulfilled professional accountant, a versatile tax consultant, and a business tycoon. He is today a director of many blue-ship companies and the chairman of so many others.
The Executive Director: ABDULMUIZ AWA-IBRAHEEM is a dynamic, hardworking professional with over 10 years of real estate and investment finance experience. He works with real estate products, financial instruments portfolios and provides investment advisory services to clients all over the world, including in the United Kingdom (UK), Nigeria, Ghana, United Arab Emirates (UAE) and North America.
He is particularly adept with building sound real estate portfolios, with a special talent for putting together
profitable portfolios that maximise capital and mitigate risk. With over US$200m in real estate transactions successfully completed, Abdulmuiz has a proven track record of getting things done.
An accountant by training, Abdulmuiz acquired his BSc and MSc in Accountancy and Finance from Birmingham City University (Birmingham, UK), before attaining the required qualifications to become a member of the world renowned and reputable Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA).
He also sits on the advisory board of several companies, where he is able to dispense useful insight based on the experience he has garnered and continues to garner throughout the global real estate industry.
Senior Manager: Bldr. Peter Olaoye, MNIOB, a graduate of Yaba College of Technology (2001). He holds Higher National Diploma in Building Engineering. His background in Block Laying and Concreting from Technical College (1990-1992) has since put him in construction industry, participating and supervising various projects. He is a registered member of Council of Registered Builders of Nigeria. (CORBON)
Estate Surveyor: Miss Oluwadamisi Adeyemi, RSV,ANIVS, Prior to joining Prime Metro, Damisi worked as an assistant property and project manager at the Ahmadu Bello University Consultancy
(ABUCONS), Zaria, Kaduna, where her responsibilities included effective management of the university properties and supervision of construction of buildings.
She also worked with Centre for Management Development (CMD), Shangisha, in the General Service/ Maintenance Division and Keemlinks Properties Limited, both in Lagos with the responsibilities of maintaining the fixtures and fittings of the Centre and as a real estate/ property marketer, respectively. She is a probationer member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV), has a Higher National Diploma (Est.Mgt) from Yaba College of Technology.
Estate Surveyor: Miss Taiwo Oluwabusayo Fawale, B.sc (Est. Mgt.). She holds a bachelor degree in Estate Management from Obafemi Awolowo University and has since been in the employment of Prime Metro Properties after her one year service. She is also a member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV), and a full member of Certified Institute of Auctioneers, Nigeria (MCAI).
Site Engineer: Mr. Ololade Ajibade, a graduate of Lagos State Polytechnic, Ikorodu (2010). He holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Civil Engineering. He is a seasoned engineer with varying experiences ranging from building to road construction. He is currently pursuing his Professional Member of COREN. He is also a member of Nigerian Association of Technologists in Engineering (NATE). He is also experienced in the Use of Autocad
Acct. /Admin. Manager: Mr. Kehinde Afolayan ACTI,ACA,
He is the Accounts/Admin Manager, a chartered accountant with professional experience encompassing internal audit, financial reporting and analysis, financial management, budget planning and control, credit control, debt recovery and general management.
He is highly motivated, responsible, result-oriented, hardworking, conscientious professional accountant with over 12 years’ experience at senior manager level. Proven ability to meet deadlines, set budgets, mentor subordinates and increase productivity with an excellent track record of achieving results and implementing new systems that contribute substantially to profits, improve cash flow and saves cost.
